A Richer Advent is designed for families to experience the season through the voices and art of people of color. This is a season for all! In this advent collection, families will focus on hope, peace, joy, and love, while expanding their vision for the coming of Christ.
This advent collection includes poetry, songs, and artwork by people of color, as well as links to handcrafts and books. You'll find the works of Maya Angelou, Paul Laurence Dunbar, and Langston Hughes, amongst others.
Each week will include a candle light reading, Scripture readings, a poem, song, and artwork, with optional handcrafts and books.
It's designed to done as a family and can be enjoyed by all ages.
